High Winds is a new artist book collaboration I created with graphic designer Jessica Fleischmann. The book follows High Winds, a trans guy with insomnia who embarks on a hallucinatory road trip to find  his estranged half-brother. Told in an associative, elliptical style, it's a dreamlike western that borrows the form of a pillow book. The visionary new press X Artists' Books released High Winds in August, 2017 and it is available on their site for purchase. Check out this preview piece in the LA Times and XAB's instagram.
